privind aprobarea contului de execuţie a fondurilor externe nerambursabile venituri – cheltuieli pe anul 2007
Consiliul Judeţean Arad;
Având în vedere,
–
referatul Direcţiei Economice nr. 3842 din 11.04.2008 la proiectul de hotărâre privind aprobarea contului de execuţie execuţie a fondurilor externe nerambursabile venituri – cheltuieli pe anul 2007;
-prevederile Legii nr.273/18.07.2006 privind finanţele publice locale;
-prevederile Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2006 nr.379/2005;
-prevederile art.104 , alin. (1), lit. (c) şi alin. (4), lit. (b), din Legea administraţiei publice locale nr.215/2001, republicată
-avizul comisiilor de specialitate.
În temeiul art. 97 alin (1) din Legea nr.215/2001 privind administraţia publică locală, republicată;
H O T Ă R Ă Ş T E:
Art.1
.Se aprobă contul de execuţie a fondurilor externe nerambursabile venituri – cheltuieli pe anul 2007, potrivit anexelor MF 17 şi 18 la prezenta hotărâre.
Art.2
.Se aprobă detalierea cheltuielilor (anexa nr.7) pe ordonatori de credite , titluri de cheltuieli, capitole, articole şi aliniate.
Prezenta hotărâre se comunică la:
-Instituţia Prefectului Judeţul Arad
-Serviciul buget-venituri al Consiliului Judeţean Arad
-Direcţia Generală a Finanţelor Publice a Judeţului Arad.
