privind starea de incompatibilitate şi declararea ca vacant a locului de consilier judeţean şi a funcţiei de vicepreşedinte al Consiliului judeţean Arad deţinute de d-l Iosif Matula
Consiliul Judeţean Arad;
Având în vedere,
-referatul constatator nr. 372 din 13.01.2009 întocmit de Preşedintele Consiliului judeţean Arad şi Secretarul judeţului Arad privind încetarea de drept a mandatului de consilier judeţean şi vicepreşedinte al Consiliului judeţean Arad al d-lui Iosif Matula;
-prevederile art. 9 alin. (2) lit.b, ale art.12 precum şi ale art.18 alin. (3) din Statutul aleşilor locali aprobat prin Legea nr. 393/2004, actualizată;
-avizul favorabil al comisiilor de specialitate;
În temeiul art. 97, alin. (1), din Legea nr. 215/2001, privind administraţia publică locală, republicată;
H O T Ă R Ă Ş T E:
Articol unic
.Consiliul judeţean Arad ia act de starea de incompatibilitate a d-lui Iosif Matula şi declară vacant locul acestuia de consilier judeţean, respectiv de vicepreşedinte a Consiliului Judeţean Arad.
Hotărârea se comunică la:
-Instituţia Prefectului – Judeţul Arad
-Biroului Gestiune Resurse Umane
-D-lui Iosif Matula.
