privind aprobarea contului de execuţie a veniturilor şi cheltuielilor evidenţiate în afara bugetului local al Consiliului Judeţean Arad pe anul 2009
Consiliul Judeţean Arad;
Având în vedere,
–
prevederile Legii nr. 273/29.06.2006 *actualizată* privind finanţele publice locale;
-prevederile Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2009 nr. 18/27.02.2009;
-prevederile art. 91 , lit. (3), aliniatul (a) din Legea administraţiei publice locale nr.215/2001;
-referatul Direcţiei Economice nr. 6424 din 20.05.2010 la proiectul de hotărâre privind aprobarea contului de execuţie a veniturilor si cheltuielilor evidenţiate în afara bugetului local al Consiliului Judeţean Arad pe anul 2009;
-avizul favorabil al comisiilor de specialitate;
În temeiul art. 97 alin (1) din Legea nr.215/2001 privind administraţia publică locală, republicată;
H O T Ă R Ă Ş T E:
Art.1
.
Aprobarea contului de execuţie a veniturilor si cheltuielilor evidenţiate în afara bugetului local pe anul 2009, potrivit anexelor 19 şi 20 la prezenta hotărâre.
Art.2
. Aprobarea situaţiei privind execuţia cheltuielilor de capital pe anul 2009 din sursa de finanţare “Alte surse constituite potrivit legii”, potrivit anexei nr. 3 la prezenta hotărâre.
Art.3
. Aprobarea execuţiei programului de cheltuieli pe ordonatori de credite şi capitole de cheltuieli, beneficiari ai acestei surse de finanţare, pe anul 2009.
Art. 4
. Prezenta hotărâre se comunică la :
– Instituţia Prefectului – Judeţul Arad
– Serviciul Buget – Venituri al Consiliului Judeţean Arad
– Direcţia Generală a Finanţelor Publice a Judeţului Arad.
