privind aprobarea tarifelor pentru serviciile de interes judeţean prestate de Biblioteca Judeţeană „A.D. XENOPOL” Arad în anul 2012
Consiliul Judeţean Arad;
Având în vedere,
-referatul nr. 384/27.04.2011 al Bibliotecii Judeţene „A.D. XENOPOL” Arad privind stabilirea tarifelor pentru serviciile de interes judeţean prestate de Biblioteca Judeţeană „A. D. Xenopol” Arad;
-prevederile art. 282 din Legea nr. 571/2003, privind Codul Fiscal, cu completările şi modificările ulterioare;
-prevederile Hotărârii Guvernului României nr. 44/2004, pentru aprobarea normelor metodologice de aplicare a Legii nr. 571/2003, privind Codul Fiscal;
-prevederile art. 30 din Legea nr. 273/2006 privind finanţele publice locale;
-prevederile art. 70, alin. (1) şi (4), din Legea nr. 334/2002, legea bibliotecilor publice.
-avizul favorabil al comisiilor de specialitate;
În temeiul art. 97 alin (1) din Legea nr.215/2001 privind administraţia publică locală, republicată;
H O T Ă R Ă Ş T E:
Art.1
.Se aprobă tarifele pentru serviciile de interes judeţean prestate de Biblioteca Judeţeană „A.D. Xenopol” Arad, aplicabile începând cu data de 01.01.2012, conform anexei la prezenta hotărâre.
Art.2.
Prezenta hotărâre se comunică la:
-Instituţia Prefectului – Judeţul Arad
-Biblioteca Judeţeană „A.D. XENOPOL” Arad
-Direcţia Economică a Consiliului Judeţean Arad.
