privind rectificarea bugetului propriu al Consiliului Judeţean Arad pe anul 2006
Consiliul Judeţean Arad;
Având în vedere,
-referatul nr. 9476/13.11.2006 al Direcţiei Economice cu privire la rectificarea bugetului propriu de venituri şi cheltuieli al Consiliului Judeţean Arad;
-prevederile Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2006 nr. 379/2005;
-prevederile Ordonanţei de Urgenţă a Guvernului României nr. 45/2003 privind finanţele publice locale;
-prevederile Legii administraţiei publice locale nr. 215/2001;
-OG nr. 46/31.08.2006 cu privire la rectificarea bugetului de stat pe anul 2006;
În temeiul art. 109 din Legea nr.215/2001 privind administraţia publică locală, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare;
H O T Ă R Ă Ş T E:
Art.1
.Se aprobă modificarea bugetului propriu al Consiliului Judeţean Arad pe anul 2006 la partea de cheltuieli conform anexei 1 la prezenta hotarâre.
Art.2
.Se aprobă modificarea cheltuielilor de capital şi a obiectivelor de investiţii conform listei de investiţii anexata la prezenta hotărâre.
Prezenta hotărâre se comunică la:
-Instituţia Prefectului – Judeţul Arad;
-Direcţiei Generală a Finanţelor Publice a Judeţului Arad;
-Trezoreria Municipiului Arad;
-Serviciul Buget-Venituri al Consiliului Judeţean Arad;
-Unităţilor subordonate în cauză.
