privind rectificarea bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli evidenţiate în afara bugetului local pe anul 2010
Consiliul Judeţean Arad;
Având în vedere,
– prevederile Legii nr. 273/29.06.2006 *actualizată* privind finanţele publice locale;
– prevederile Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2010 nr.11/26.01.2010;
– Ordinul M.F. nr. 1917/12.12.2005 Normele Metodologice de organizare şi conducere a contabilităţii instituţiilor publice,
modificat şi completat;
– Legea 213/1998 privind proprietatea publică şi regimul juridic al acesteia;
-referatul nr. 10363/06.08.2010 al Direcţiei Economice din cadrul Consiliului Judeţean Arad;
-nota de fundamentare nr. 10359/06.08.2010, a Serviciului Contabilitate din cadrul Consiliului Judeţean Arad;
-avizul favorabil al comisiilor de specialitate;
În temeiul art. 97 alin (1) din Legea nr.215/2001 privind administraţia publică locală, republicată;
H O T Ă R Ă Ş T E:
Art.1
. Se aprobă rectificarea bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli evidenţiate în afara bugetului local pe anul 2010 conform anexei nr.1 (M.F.11/05) la prezenta hotărâre.
Art.2
. Se aprobă rectificarea bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli evidenţiate în afara bugetului local pe ordonatori de credite subordonaţi, capitole, subcapitole, titluri, articole şi alineate pe anul 2010.
Art.3
. Se aprobă lista de investiţii pe anul 2010 având ca surse de finanţare ‘‘alte surse constituite potrivit legii’’ anexată la prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 4
. Prezenta hotărâre se comunică la:
– Instituţia Prefectului – Judeţul Arad
– Direcţia Generală a Finanţelor Publice a Judeţului Arad
– Trezoreria Municipiului Arad
– Direcţia Economică
– Unităţile subordonate.
