privind mandatarea reprezentanţilor Judeţului Arad în AGA la S.C. „Compania de Apă Arad” SA să voteze modalitatea de verificare a situaţiilor financiare anuale prin audit financiar
Consiliul Judeţean Arad;
Având în vedere,
-adresa nr. 11779/12.11.2007 a S.C. „Compania de Apă Arad” SA, privind necesitatea mandatării membrilor AGA de a vota modalitatea de verificare a situaţiilor financiare anuale prin audit financiar;
-referatul nr. 10676 din 16.11.2007, privind necesitatea adoptării unei hotărâri de mandatare a membrilor AGA la S.C. „Compania de Apă Arad” SA de a vota pentru verificarea situaţiilor financiare anuale ale societăţii prin audit financiar şi de organizare a auditului intern;
-prevederile OUG nr. 82/2007 de modificare a art. 160 din Legea nr. 31/1990 privind societăţile comerciale.
În temeiul art. 97 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 215/2001, privind administraţia publică locală, republicată
H O T Ă R Ă Ş T E:
Art.1.
Reprezentantii Judeţului Arad în Adunarea Generală a Acţionarilor la S.C. „Compania de Apă Arad” SA sunt mandataţi să voteze ca situaţiile financiare anuale ale societătii, să fie supuse auditului financiar.
Art.2
.S.C. „Compania de Apă Arad” S.A. va organiza auditul intern potrivit normelor elaborate de Camera Auditorilor Financiari din România .
Hotărârea se comunică la :
-Instituţia Prefectului – Judeţul Arad
-S.C. „Compania de Apă Arad” SA
-Membrilor AGA.
