aferent Planului Urbanistic Zonal FERMA DE VACI – Şimandul de Jos, judeţul Arad şi R.L.U. aferent, proiect nr. 22/2006, elaborat de Biroul individual de arhitectură arh. Samoilă Cetina.
Consiliul Judeţean Arad;
Având în vedere,
-avizul tehnic favorabil nr. 9/20.03.2007 al Comisiei tehnice de amenajare a teritoriului şi urbanism acordat Planului Urbanistic Zonal FERMA DE VACI – Şimandul de Jos, judeţul Arad şi R.L.U. aferent,
-referatul nr. 1528/20.03.2007 al Serviciului de amenajare a teritoriului, urbanism, protecţia mediului şi cadastru, din subordinea Arhitectului şef,
-prevederile art. 37 aliniatul (5) al Legii nr. 350/2001 privind amenajarea teritoriului şi urbanismul,
În temeiul art. 97 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 215/2001 privind administraţia publică locală, republicată;
H O T Ă R Ă Ş T E:
Art.1
.Se aprobă Avizul tehnic nr. 9/20.03.2007 privind documentaţia Planul Urbanistic Zonal FERMA DE VACI – Şimandul de Jos, judeţul Arad şi R.L.U. aferent, anexă la prezenta.
Art.2
.Planul Urbanistic Zonal FERMA DE VACI – Şimandul de Jos, judeţul Arad şi R.L.U. aferent,se va aproba de către Consiliul Local al comunei Şimand.
Prezenta hotărâre se publică în Monitorul Oficial al Judeţului Arad şi se comunică la:
-Instituţia Prefectului Judeţului Arad
-Arhitectul Şef al Judeţului
-Beneficiar: S.C. PENELOPA S.R.L.
-Proiectant: Birou Individual de Arhitectură arh. Samoilă Cetina.
